Eco-friendly Water-based PCBA Offline Cleaning Machine: Fully Automated Cleaning Mode: The PCBA, secured within a cleaning basket, moves back and forth inside the chamber while heated cleaning fluid is simultaneously applied via high-pressure, opposing spray arms.
    The system executes the entire process-including automated cleaning, rinsing (open-loop), and drying-from start to finish.
2: Full-Process Visualization: Equipped with a viewing window and LED lighting, the system allows for a clear, at-a-glance view of the entire cleaning process.
3: Scientific Nozzle Design (Patented): Features a design with staggered vertical positioning and a horizontally graduated distribution pattern, effectively eliminating cleaning "blind spots." It offers a massive 3-tier cleaning area (610 mm x 570 mm); the spray arms are detachable and reconfigurable, allowing for flexible adjustment of the tier layout to accommodate PCBA boards of various sizes.
4: Adjustable Nozzle Pressure (Visualized): This feature resolves issues-such as collision or displacement caused by high-pressure spray-that can occur when cleaning small-sized workpieces.
